However, you might need to be willing to put in the work outside of sessions. Ultimately, you are in charge of your own journey, and your commitment to making changes will drive your progress.

Please be honest. Your coach will not judge whatever you record but instead to gather data and learn about you. We understand that it’s hard to go through this, and whatever path you take is OK. Your coach is there to support you no matter what.
It’s OK Not to Change Right Now
If you’re not ready to change a particular behavior right now, that’s perfectly fine. If something is working for you, great! Your coach will help you focus on other areas or just stay where you are for now. Your pace is respected. However, gradual change is encouraged as you adapt to new routines that work for you.
